10th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS FOR ST. HILDA’S COMMUNITY SERVICES CENTRE
Dear Members,
The Society’s Constitution states that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be held in March. A date of 27th March 2011 (Sunday) was earlier set for the 10th AGM.
However, many members have indicated inability to attend due to various travel and other commitments on this date.
Agreement is sought from members to hold the 10th AGM on Sunday 24th April 2011 instead of 27th March 2011.
Subject to agreement, a Notice of the 10th AGM will be sent 14 days prior to 24th April 2011 inviting your attendance.
Kindly reply to Mr. Koh Chin Seng, Honorary Secretary in writing addressed to St. Hilda’s Community Services Centre Block 10, Jalan Batu, #01-06 Singapore 431010 or by email to kohchinseng@gmail.com if you have any objection to the proposed change. Non reply will be deemed as agreement to the proposed date of 24th April 2011 for the AGM.
