Who will benefit?

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents aged 55 years and above
• Ambulant and semi-ambulant seniors
• Seniors who are independent and can largely manage the activities of daily living
• Seniors whose families need help in looking after them during the day while they are at work.

To be sure that Seniors who enrol are able to benefit from our programmes, a 3-day trial enrolment is available.

What can Seniors expect?

Among other things – nutritious and delicious meals; activities that engage the mind and exercise the faculties; learning activities including art and music appreciation, language classes; group games; quiet corners for reading and TV watching for those who want just to have some personal space; outings
