Over the years Friends@Sthilda’s Link has sought to remain relevant to the needs of the community in Tanjong Rhu and the East. Within the decade of service to the community, it became increasingly clear that the ageing population needed intervention – not only at the level of personal, social and community engagement; but professional health care services for this ageing community was evident.
